Your thoughts about this kind of enterprise? Are there benefits? Drawbacks?

Walking Christ's path would be an amazing adventure, and would definitely create an appreciation for living and traveling in that time period. Drawbacks? Does turning Christ into a tourist's five day jaunt through the Holy Land belittle the faith? While many people love to go to New Orleans for the voodoo, fortune tellers, and other magical things New Orleans is known for, outside of New Orleans these things are seen as a tourist destination, a joke, something to do for fun, while those in New Orleans, some don't believe it, but a fair few believe in the magic and voodoo of the culture. Could this tourist trail have the same impact in years to come?
